Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

• Ukraine (Nova Poshta): 3–7 business days

• Europe (Nova Poshta): approximately 1–2 weeks

• International (outside Europe): approximately 1.5–2 weeks

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

During periods of high demand, order processing and delivery may take an additional 2–5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during product launches, restocks, sales, or holiday periods.

Cash on Delivery — Ukraine

Cash on Delivery is available for orders shipped within Ukraine.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a partial advance payment may be required before the order is dispatched. The remaining balance is paid upon receipt of the order from the shipping carrier.

If a customer refuses to accept or does not collect a Cash on Delivery order after it has been dispatched, the advance payment may be used to cover actual and documented costs incurred by RUMMY in connection with the order, including shipping, return shipping, storage, and other applicable carrier or processing fees, where permitted by applicable law.

The advance payment is not considered a penalty and will not be withheld without a legal basis. Any amount remaining after deduction of applicable documented costs will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable Ukrainian law.

If you wish to cancel a Cash on Delivery order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

For repeat orders or in cases where a previous order was refused or not collected, RUMMY may require a higher advance payment or full prepayment before dispatch.

By placing a Cash on Delivery order, the customer confirms that the provided contact and delivery information is accurate and agrees to collect the order within the applicable carrier's storage period.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local government fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If customs authorities request payment during delivery, the customer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier delays, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned to us for any reason beyond our control, we reserve the right to deduct:

• the original shipping cost;

• return shipping charges;

• customs duties;

• carrier handling fees;

• any additional expenses incurred during the return process,

where permitted by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to:

• suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;

• violation of our Terms & Conditions;

• abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication toward our team;

• pricing, inventory, or product information errors.

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation of current orders and refusal of future service.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, customs actions, transportation interruptions, or other force majeure events.
